Job Overview:

As a Sales Representative, you will be the key driver in securing new projects and nurturing existing relationships, primarily within the Swedish games industry, but also the Nordic region. Your main focus will be to find and close new agreements, ensure that our clients receive unparalleled service and to identify new business opportunities. You will act as the initial bridge between our account managers and our clients, making sure that every project starts smoothly from initiation to signed agreement. For this role we are only considering candidates already residing in Sweden. The job requires a lot of client visits and travel within the Nordics. The company introduction will take place on-site at our headquarters located at Boden Game Camp. The job will require frequent presence at the Boden headquarters on  a reoccurring basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Schedule meetings, presenting our services, negotiating contracts and prices.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering trust.

  • Project Acquisition: Collaborate with game developers and studios to secure QA projects. Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with our business goals.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute client engagement strategies that drive growth and enhance our market presence in the Swedish gaming sector.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with our QA teams to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies and identify opportunities.

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Swedish games industry. Understand client needs and if possible position our QA services as the solution.

  • Reporting: Regularly update the management team on client feedback, project statuses, and any potential risks or opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience and insight in the game development process.

  • Driven and independent go-getter that can close deals.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Swedish and Nordic games industry, including key players, market trends, and challenges.

  • Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, or sales, preferably within the gaming or tech industry.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English. Ability to present ideas and negotiate effectively.

  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships.

  • Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solver with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

  • Passion: A genuine passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the development process and QA's role within it.

Qualifications - Bonus level

  • An existing network of publisher and developer contacts within the Swedish/Nordic games industry.
